Vegetarian, practicing Buddhism and Tantra, into yoga and the body. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master currently teaching Digestive Wellness at Front Range Community College and running Essence of Illumination, my massage business. I also give frequent free seminars on various health issues at Aspen Wellness Center, stop by for information on Lemay and Drake just left of Sunflower Market. I love my job and love facilitating the body's healing energy. I live with three beautiful and very unique children between 13 and 19 y/o. We also have 3 cats, and a dog. I love music, especially positive music that has enlightening qualities. I love to learn and spend a lot of time with my face in the books.
